No. A reward applies only to the offers and plans that specify one. The amount, requirements and timing of the award are set out in each individual promotion and in the rules of the MamiCash promotions.
It is the reward of the Mamify ecosystem, separate from the price of energy and from the commissions paid to collaborators. It can be used in the ways enabled by the Mamify ecosystem.
Partner companies pay Energify commissions on the electricity and gas contracts activated through the platform, according to the agreements with each supplier. For every €100 in commissions, the distribution model allocates €70 to the network and €30 to IBRU dividends, according to the respective agreements and rules. This split is not a discount on the bill.
Energify collects the information needed, compares the available offers and presents you with a proposal showing costs and terms. Only if you decide to go ahead do you complete the activation request and the required confirmations.
The Standard plan keeps the comparison tool and the cashback provided for by the relevant offers. The Agencies plan uses a dedicated comparison tool, disables the standard cashback and provides for a one-off reward of €500 in MamiCash, on the terms set out in the relevant section.
